Please note that international shipping requires additional time, typically 1 week or longer, depending on your location. Currently, The Daily Explorer does not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@thedailyexplorer.eu within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send you a replacement. Any unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Additionally, we cannot refund or replace products purchased through third-party retailers. If you encounter issues with tracking, such as a label created but no updates, it is often a carrier scanning oversight. Rest assured, your package is on its way.
